ASH WEDNESDAY, February 22  Worship at 12:15 pm or 7:00 pm Services offer Our Lord’s Supper.  Soup lunch at 1:15 pm or Soup dinner at 6 pm.

WEDNESDAY LENT Services 12:15 pm with Soup 1:15 pm. The theme is YESHUA, Our Passover Lamb. We will explore the Tabernacle worship practices of God’s people and discover how it is fulfilled in Jesus, the Christ.

 

A Love and Respect Video Conference will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church 9650 N  Church Street Bridgman, Michigan on February 10-11, 2012. Registration fee is  $20 per person after January 30.  Beverages and snacks are provided  free of charge. Candlelight Christmas Eve 4 pm and 10 pm

Wonderful traditional organ-led services with familiar Christmas carols culminating with Silent Night by candlelight was held  Saturday, December 24 at Immanuel.

GERMAN HERITAGE SUNDAY, October 09 at 9 AM

Join the members of Immanuel as we celebrate our German heritage with   hymns and  Scripture “auf Deutsch” Sonnerstag,  Oktober Nuen!   Gottesdienst mit uns!

GERMAN SMORGASBORD AND POLKA DANCE  FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14

Tickets are $10 each for the all you can eat smorgasbord and dance. No tickets, but advance sign up is appreciated.  Please call 465-6031 M-F 9 am – 3 pm or sign up on Sunday morning.

Immanuel’s own “Deutsche Koche” will provide authentic German food. Wil Smaka’s MuisConnection will provide the polka and variety music on a real hardwood floor. Invite your friends and family.   Dinner 5 – 7 pm  Dance 7:00 – 10:00 pm

COUNTRY GOSPEL CONCERT                

KALI ROSE   Saturday, September 24  7:00pm

Join Country Gospel Singer, Kali Rose at Immanuel for a night of memorable music and inspiration. Kali Rose was blessed with a strong Christian family and attended Christian school which helped mold her spiritual and moral beliefs. Her message of faith, hope and family can be felt throughout her concerts and CD’s. Her singing career started in her church and was strongly influenced by her family. The concert is free. A love offering for Kali’s music ministry will be received.  Her CD’s and other items will be available for purchase after the concert during our time of refreshment. Heart of a Soul Surfer Month in July and in August

IMMANUEL CHURCH PICNIC Sunday, August 28 at Lake Township Park Lake Pavillion    Outdoor Worship at 11 am Picnic and Games at Noon. Broasted Chicken and Grilled Hot Dogs served by Elders and many homemade side dishes and desert items!

 

Immanuel Warriors Relay for Life

Join Immanuel’s Team of Warriors–cancer survivors and supporters, as we raise funds to fight back against cancer and give hope to survivors. 2011 Relay For Life of Berrien County Michigan June 25-26, 2011 10:00 AM – 8:00 AM at Berrien County Fairgrounds.  Celebrate – The Survivors Lap
The Survivors Lap is an inspirational time when survivors are invited to circle the track together and help everyone celebrate the victories we’ve achieved over cancer. The Survivors Lap is an emotional example of how Relay participants are creating a world with more birthdays like those of each individual on the track. IMMANUEL VACATION BIBLE/SURF SCHOOL

70+ children learned how to surf and how to be safe at the beach! They also learned      Who Jesus Is and that they can trust Jesus with their heart! Lots of great crafts and snacks were enjoyed by all! Big thank you to Erica Pagel for leading the songs!
